How much does this cost?
Need a hotel with exclusive perks and potential upgrades? There’s no fee for hotel-only bookings. The same goes for cruises—I’ll handle the booking and assist with your pre- and post-cruise hotels at no additional cost.
My planning fee starts at $525 per week and varies based on the complexity and duration of your trip. You’ll receive a personalized quote after our complimentary consultation.
For fully custom itineraries with in-country support, I partner with trusted local experts and typically plan trips with a minimum total budget of $10,000 per week, excluding international flights.
What do I do if I already booked my hotel? Do you book flights?
I can still help. If you booked directly, I will check to see if I can add perks and upgrades to your reservation.
Flight bookings are $50 per person. We offer a 24/7 support desk to assist with any flight emergencies. I book business, first and premium economy only. If you need a flight booked, please fill this out and contact me directly.
